Sam started solid food today. The doctor said to start around 5 months, but I started him on rice cereal a little early with the hope that he would sleep better through the night. I haven't decided if that worked yet. I think he really likes the idea of eating with a spoon, but I don't think he likes the taste of rice cereal.
